Thank you for shopping at Hoala Store! We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping guidelines below.

1. Shipping Costs We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

2. Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.

3. Estimated Shipping Times Because we source our products directly from global manufacturers to bring you the best prices and highest quality, our estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 10–15 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 15–20 business days.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Hoala Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@hoalastore.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages Hoala Store is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please contact the shipment carrier directly or email our support team at hoantk321@gmail.com so we can assist you.
